Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Night Shift | Travel Contract

🏥 We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a fast-paced acute care team in a dynamic emergency department setting. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who thrive in high-acuity environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional emergency patient care.

Position Details
Specialty: Emergency Room / Ambulatory Care
Shift: 12-Hour Night Shifts
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
EMR: Cerner
Key Responsibilities
Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity
Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions
Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to critical changes
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Support patient and family education during emergency care situations
Assist with trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and other emergent cases
Requirements
Active Alaska RN License required
BLS and PALS Certifications required
ACLS preferred
Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience required
Prior travel assignment experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
Experience working in fast-paced acute care environments
