Location: Hood River, Oregon
Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:00), block scheduling. No weekends, no on-call, no floating required. 91-day assignment through October 5, 2026.
Highlights:- Critical Access Hospital and Level III Trauma Center with 25 staffed beds
- Patient ratio of 1:20 in a teaching hospital environment
- Reduced non-billable orientation hours for this position
- Work with diverse patient populations including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- Interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, physical therapy, and rapid response teams
- Epic charting system utilized throughout the facility
- Active Oregon Pharmacist License required (may submit with license pending)
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience required
- Outpatient infusion experience required
- Experience with chemotherapy/hazardous drug handling required
- Epic charting system experience preferred
- Experience with Pyxis system and home health infusion preferred
- Community hospital experience preferred
- Inpatient/acute care experience preferred
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Reliable personal vehicle required for this assignment
