INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Monday - Friday

8:00 am - 5:00 pm

$24.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and responsive service
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technical product solutions
Prepare and manage customer quotes, sales orders, and project documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product specifications and timely order processing
Track sales opportunities and support project follow-up activities from quote to completion
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and pricing information in company systems
Support sales growth initiatives by assisting with account development and customer retention
Deliver a high level of customer service while representing the company in a professional manner
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and overall team success
Perform additional duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and recommend product solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
Ability to prepare accurate quotes, process sales orders, and maintain detailed records
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and time management skills
Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
