The Opportunity
You will lead onsite field operations for highly detailed custom residential projects while helping build a modern field culture centered on accountability, organization, professionalism, and technology. This role is designed for a driven, responsive, tech-forward leader who takes pride in clean execution and strong communication. You will directly shape schedule performance, jobsite quality, subcontractor coordination, safety standards, and the day-to-day client impression of the company in the field.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead daily onsite operations for luxury residential construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trade sequencing, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics.
- Maintain organized, clean, safe jobsites that reflect company standards and professionalism.
- Identify and solve field issues proactively to protect schedule, quality, and team momentum.
- Verify work before cover and maintain strong quality control documentation and punch tracking.
- Protect finish quality throughout construction through detailed oversight and accountability.
- Conduct weekly safety meetings and enforce PPE and jobsite safety compliance.
- Represent the company professionally with clients, neighbors, inspectors, consultants, and trade partners.
- Maintain daily logs, photos, communication records, and field documentation using Buildertrend and digital tools.
- Use AI and technology to improve organization, reporting, and operational efficiency in the field.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Strong ownership mentality and natural leadership ability.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills and consistent responsiveness.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable using technology daily in an active field environment.
- Fast learner with an interest in systems, technology, and operational improvement.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain accountability onsite.
- Professional presence and the judgment to represent the company well in the field.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Residential construction or superintendent experience.
- Luxury custom home experience.
- Buildertrend experience.
- Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, or field teams.
- Background in construction operations, carpentry, or project coordination.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality control and jobsite organization.
