Join American Hearing + Audiology — privately owned, 30+ years of changing lives through better hearing, beautifully equipped clinics across the Midwest, and a team that treats work like it should be: rewarding, supportive, and genuinely fun.

What you’ll earn

• Short-term and long-term disability

• 401(k) with match

What you’ll do

Run comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations on calibrated, current equipment. Build patient-centered treatment plans through counseling and education. Recommend and fit the right hearing devices. Partner with your Regional Manager to keep the clinic thriving — financially, culturally, and clinically. Sell hearing aids and accessories using Integrity Selling. Operate with autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset.

What you’ll need

Audiologists: Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology + valid Missouri audiology license in good standing, or a Kansas audiology license with willingness to obtain Missouri licensure within 6 months of offer date.

Hearing Instrument Specialists: Valid Missouri Hearing Instrument Dispensing license in good standing, or a Kansas HIS license with willingness to obtain Missouri licensure within 6 months of offer date. High school diploma required; related college degree preferred. 1+ year diagnostic testing and hearing aid dispensing preferred.

Both roles need strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Why our team stays
