Job Description:Were seeking a Physical Therapist tojoin our team at Jefferson Hospital.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Physical Therapists are responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and administering physical therapy
  treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician. Physical Therapists supervise Certified Physical
  Therapy Assistants and ensure that all treatments are administered properly to restore or maintain
  function following injury, disease, or physical disability.

Position Requirements:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a program accredited by the Commission on
  Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• Current Physical Therapist License in the State of Georgia.
• BLS
