Join Our Production Team!
We are currently hiring dependable and motivated individuals for a Machine Operator position within a fast-paced chemical processing warehouse environment. This role is responsible for operating production line machinery, supporting packaging operations, and ensuring products meet company and customer quality standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with machinery, and being part of a team-oriented production environment.
1st and 2nd shift available! Weekly pay! $20-$23/hour depending on experience
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production equipment and packaging lines according to established procedures
- Support daily production needs in a safe and efficient manner
- Blend, fill, secure, and label containers according to company and customer specifications
- Verify packaged goods against Job Production Orders and production instructions
- Record production data and documentation accurately
- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed
- Read and interpret Production Orders and work instructions
- Assist with general production and warehouse duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- Competent English communication and reading comprehension skills required
- Must be willing to become Forklift Certified
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Must be able to stand on feet for up to 8 hours per shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Work is performed in a chemical processing warehouse environment
- Facility is not temperature controlled and can become hot during summer months
- Must be comfortable working around production equipment and warehouse machinery
