Physician - Locums

Job Title: Physician (Internal Medicine)

Location: Peridot, AZ 85542 (Housing assistance is provided directly across the street from the hospital at around $500/month! The housing is fully furnished and includes all utilities.)

Pay: upto $160/hr. on 1099

Contract: 13-week contract with possible extension based on preference

Schedule: 4x10s (Monday - Thursday  OR Tuesday - Friday) | No weekends, Nights, or On-call requirement!

Average patient volume: 10-14 patients, depending on the day.

No. of openings: 2

Start date: ASAP (Post-credentialing)

Qualifications

• 5 years of clinical experience in a clinic; hospital outpatient setting preferred

• Current and unrestricted Medical License (Board-Certified preferred) and DEA License

• BLS Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

• No malpractice within the last 10 years
