Job Description
A well‐maintained community is our top priority, and we are seeking a Certified Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities across Pinellas County. In this role, you will complete daily work orders, support unit turns, and help keep residents safe and comfortable.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry issues in occupied and vacant units.
Complete make‐ready work including minor drywall repair, caulking, and painting to ensure apartments are rent‐ready on time.
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems and safety equipment as directed.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed and prioritize resident safety.
Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and accurately document completed work.
Qualifications
1+ year of apartment, hotel, or residential maintenance experience preferred.
Certification in at least one related trade (HVAC, EPA, electrical, or plumbing) strongly preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills, good communication, and a customer‐service mindset.
Reliable transportation to work at communities throughout Pinellas County as needed.
