Job Summary

Prepares accident related damaged vehicles for the refinish process, restoring them to pre-collision condition in accordance with industry standards in a timely matter, with the customer’s satisfaction as the highest priority. Development path to become a Lead Painter, Paint Manager.

 

Responsibilities Essential Functions

  • Love for automobiles and their makeup
  • Prepping, Priming body panels
  • Paint application
  • Buffing
  • Product knowledge, color tinting and materials management
  • Worked as a team member on a highly skilled team
  • Maintains a safe and organized working environment

 

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of metal repair/replacement and refinish procedures
  • Knowledge of chemical makeup of paints and coatings.
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Demonstrated commitment to continued learning
  • Manual dexterity and eye hand coordination to operate equipment
  • Love of Automobiles
  • Valid Driver’s License is a must
