Status: Full-Time
Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour, based on experience
Epworth Villa is seeking compassionate, dependable Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional care and support to residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.

Available Full-Time Schedules- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Available to CNAs, CMAs, and Charge Nurses
Effective May 30, 2026, eligible clinical floor staff may earn an additional $3.00 per hour worked each pay period by meeting the program requirements.
Eligibility RequirementsTo qualify each pay period, employees must:
- Have no unscheduled absences
- Have no unauthorized overtime
- Take all required 30-minute unpaid meal breaks
- Complete the Daily Advanced Entry Check-In
- Remain current on all HealthStream training requirements
- Park in designated employee parking areas
- Have no corrective action within the previous 30 days
This incentive program is being offered as a pilot and will be evaluated monthly beginning in June 2026.
Position SummaryThe Certified Nurse Aide provides direct resident care and assists residents with activities of daily living while helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. CNAs work closely with the nursing team to ensure residents receive attentive, respectful, and compassionate care.
Essential Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining assistance
- Support resident comfort, dignity, and independence
- Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition or behavior to licensed nursing staff
- Respond appropriately and timely to resident requests and call lights
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding resident care needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers
- Follow all resident care, infection control, and safety policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Current Oklahoma Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required
- Current CPR and First Aid certification through the American Heart Association required
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
