Field Service Manager

We're looking for smart and responsible. You'll be trusted to handle much of our field operations. Terrible job if you want to relax and hide from work. Excellent job if you want to make real, valuable contributions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vending machines and related equipment.
• Travel nationwide for installations, repairs, and operational support.
• Recruit, schedule, and manage contractors using platforms such as Thumbtack and Instawork.
• Organize warehouse (florence, KY) inventory, parts, and machine deployments.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and logistics.
• Develop processes and solve operational challenges independently.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with equipment, machinery, vending, kiosks, automotive, industrial maintenance, or similar fields.
• Ability to travel as needed. Company covers travel expenses.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Preferred

• Vending machine experience.
• Warehouse or inventory management experience.
• Experience managing contractors or field technicians.
