Medical Assistant – Operating Room Support

Schedule & Availability
- Monday–Thursday 7:30am-7pm
- Must be flexible based on procedural schedule
Groth Pain & Spine is Long Island's premier Pain Management Multispecialty Practice, combining cutting edge pain management technology and top-tier practitioners to provide the highest level of quality care to our patients. We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Medical Assistant to assist in our OR during physician-led procedures.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in an O.R. or procedure-based setting preferred (surgical techs, medical assistants, nurses, etc.)
- Comfortable assisting with and maneuvering a fluoroscopy (C-arm) machine
- Calm under pressure, organized, and detail-oriented
- Team player with strong work ethic and flexibility
- Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
Physical Requirements
- Must have the ability to reposition and assist patients up to 250 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods in an active procedure room setting
