We are hiring a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician at our facility. This is a high-impact role supporting a wide range of production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain extrusion presses, CNC machines, punch presses, and other production equipment
• Work with PLC-controlled systems, industrial electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to diagnose and resolve issues
• Install, repair, and replace electrical components, wiring, piping, conduit, and machine parts
• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability efforts across the plant

What We’re Looking For

• Strong industrial maintenance experience (mechanical + electrical)
• PLC and CNC troubleshooting experience required
• Solid knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documents
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and team-oriented attitude
• Forklift or HVAC experience is a plus
