Job Description
An established apartment community in Tampa is hiring a Certified Maintenance Technician to support day‐to‐day operations. You will handle service requests, unit turns, and preventative maintenance to keep the property running efficiently.
Responsibilities
Complete service requests for basic electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general repairs.
Assist with unit turns, including drywall repair, painting, and minor carpentry.
Support HVAC maintenance; EPA/HVAC certified techs may perform more advanced work.
Inspect common areas and units for safety issues and report larger repairs to management.
Qualifications
Previous apartment or related maintenance experience and at least one maintenance‐related certification preferred.
Ability to safely use standard hand and power tools.
Strong communication skills and a professional, resident‐focused attitude.
