We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join a growing manufacturing operation in the Las Vegas area. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and supporting production uptime through preventative maintenance and quick response to equipment failures.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment and machinery
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
  • Install, test, and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, sensors, controls, and automated systems
  • Respond quickly to production downtime and equipment malfunctions
  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with production and operations teams to improve equipment performance and reliability

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment REQUIRED
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with conveyors, motors, PLCs, automated systems, and production machinery preferred
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and safety procedures
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime or varying shifts as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • PLC troubleshooting experience
  • Welding or fabrication experience
  • Maintenance certifications or technical schooling
  • Forklift certification a plus
