Job Description
A Tampa apartment community is looking for a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant units for new residents. This role focuses on turning “before” units into clean, move‐in‐ready homes on schedule.
Responsibilities
Complete punch‐list items for vacant apartments: basic repairs, caulking, hardware replacement, and touch‐up or full‐unit painting.
Coordinate with cleaning vendors and maintenance staff to ensure units meet community standards before move‐in.
Assist with minor maintenance tasks and support preventative maintenance as needed.
Maintain tools, supplies, and a clean work area; document completed items.
Qualifications
Previous make‐ready, maintenance, construction, or handyman experience preferred.
Ability to follow a punch‐out checklist, meet deadlines, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
