What will you be doing?

• Lead and coach your team to meet production goals and maintain safety standards.
• Communicate product specifications, project changes, and priorities to team members.
• Train and mentor production staff, ensuring they are equipped for success.
• Oversee production processes, selecting appropriate tools, materials, and methods.
• Collaborate with supervisors to diagnose and troubleshoot defects and ensure quality standards.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines.

What do you need to be considered for the job?

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of manufacturing experience.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills, with strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Skills with basic hand tools and measuring tools, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• A positive, organized, and self-motivated attitude to inspire your team and adapt to changing needs.
