A Clearwater apartment community is hiring a Certified Maintenance Technician to support day‐to‐day maintenance and unit turns. You will play a key role in resident satisfaction through timely, quality repairs.
Responsibilities
Handle service requests for plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs.
Perform make‐ready work for vacant units, including repairs and painting.
Assist with preventative maintenance on building systems and safety equipment.
Communicate effectively with residents and office staff about work order status.
Qualifications
1+ year of apartment or related maintenance experience and at least one trade certification preferred.
Detail‐oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
