Job Title: Shipping Coordinator

Location: Chelsea, MA
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Shift: 1st Shift — Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM until finish (flexibility required)

Job Summary

Wicked Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a detail oriented Shipping Coordinator to support a growing food production company in Chelsea, MA. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely shipment of products while maintaining a safe and efficient shipping environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shipping operations, forklift operation, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process outgoing shipments accurately
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift and other material-handling equipment
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and staging of shipments
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to meet shipping deadlines
• Enter and maintain shipping data using NetSuite
• Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Shipping Coordinator or in a similar shipping/warehouse role
• Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
• Experience loading trucks in a production or warehouse environment
• Familiarity with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work early morning shifts and remain flexible as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
