Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology sales and business development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where leadership and analysis skills are highly valued. Position compensation also includes $600 a month car allowance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market research
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining profitability
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions
  • Provide insights and analysis on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our technology solutions to effectively communicate value propositions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HVAC service sales, account management, or technical B2B sales experience.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, service agreements, and energy efficiency solutions.
  • High school diploma required; technical training or a degree in business or mechanical systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas through new business development and upselling.
  • Strong customer relationship management with building owners, property managers, and decision-makers.
  • Ability to explain service solutions and efficiency improvements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
