Responsibilities may include:

• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas, breezeways, and amenities
• Assisting with trash removal and property upkeep
• Preparing vacant units and community spaces
• Reporting maintenance concerns and safety hazards
• Supporting the team with general groundskeeping duties

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Previous porter, janitorial, housekeeping, or groundskeeping experience is a plus
