Perks and benefits

• $22 per hour to start
• Monday to Friday Schedule
• Multiple Start times avail 8:30am, 9:30am and 10am
• Temp to hire is 13 weeks
• Increases and benefits upon hire

What you will be doing

• Processing and Providing Freight quotes
• Taking inbound emails and calls on vendor or customer inquires
• Providing trucking numbers and generating PO's
• Tracking freight and providing updates
• Handling all Vendor and Client inquires
• Review and Respond to emails professionally and quickly

Must have skills

• 1-3 years of prior CSR role within a Freight or similar organization
• Familiarty with the Freight or shipping industry
• Proficient with MS office or Google Suite
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice to have skills

• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish
