The Housekeeper plays a key role in creating a clean, comfortable, and memorable guest experience with Clear Sky Resorts. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest domes and shared spaces while respecting the natural environment that makes our resort unique.

Housekeepers are expected to work efficiently, follow standards consistently, and take pride in delivering high-quality results in an outdoor hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare resort accommodations between guest stays, including beds, linens, floors, surfaces, bathrooms, and outdoor living areas

• Restock amenities, linens, towels, and supplies according to resort standards

• Inspect domes for cleanliness, damage, missing items, or maintenance needs and report issues promptly

• Clean and maintain common areas such as bathhouses, welcome areas, and shared guest spaces

• Handle linens and laundry according to established procedures

• Follow eco-friendly and sustainability practices, including proper use of cleaning products and water conservation

• Respect guest privacy and follow resort protocols when working around occupied units

• Maintain cleaning carts, storage areas, and equipment in a safe and organized manner

• Assist with special cleaning projects or seasonal deep cleans as assigned

• Represent the resort in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner

• Be attentive to detail and take ownership of assigned areas

• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members

• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Safety & Accountability

• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and chemical handling

• Use equipment and supplies as trained

• Work responsibly in outdoor conditions such as heat, uneven terrain, and varying weather

• Adhere to all resort policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry items up to 30 lbs

• Comfortable working in an outdoor and nature-based environment

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Schedule & Work Environment

• Part-time or full-time positions available

• Shifts may vary based on occupancy and season
