Job Summary
Fleming Dermatology & Aesthetic Center has an immediate opening for experienced back office medical assistant/scribe. We are a busy, patient focused, growing dermatology practice.
Ideal candidate:
- Back office certified medical assistant. 1 plus years in dermatology. Scribing/documenting clinical chart notes appropriately and accurately, Modernizing Medicine EHR.
- Prep and assists with multiple surgical procedures, Mohs, ED&C, biopsies
- Prep and assists with cosmetic procedures
- Ability to contribute and promote an excellent patient experience
You will also be helping manage the inventory of medical supplies, setting up machines, testing equipment. Cleaning instruments and rooms as needed. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, an interest in learning.
Schedule:
- Monday thru Friday ( no weekends)
