What You'll Be Doing (And Crushing):

• Removing and labeling cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware

• Protecting kitchens and surrounding areas like a pro

• Cleaning, degreasing, and sanding cabinets for a smooth, flawless finish

• Masking with precision so every job looks clean and professional

• Applying top-quality finishes using an airless sprayer

• Communicating with homeowners, answering questions, and representing the company well

• Identifying materials needed to keep the job moving efficiently

• Repairing small imperfections and prepping surfaces to perfection

• Inspecting completed work to ensure high-quality results

• Maintaining tools and spray equipment daily

• Updating the team and CRM with project progress

• Jumping in to help with any other tasks needed on-site

• Light carpentry experience is a plus

• Strong power tool knowledge

• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation

• Great communication and customer-service skills

• Able to lift/carry 20 lbs
