A New Port Richey apartment community is seeking a Certified Maintenance Technician to join the on‐site team. This position focuses on resident work orders, make‐ready work, and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Complete resident work orders in a timely, professional manner.

  • Perform make‐ready tasks for vacant units, including repairs and painting.

  • Assist with preventative maintenance and inspection readiness.

  • Communicate clearly with residents and office staff regarding repairs and timelines.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of maintenance experience; multifamily experience is a plus.

  • Certification in HVAC/EPA, electrical, plumbing, or similar trade strongly preferred.

  • Reliable, self‐motivated, and able to work full‐time in the New Port Richey area.
