Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! We're a dedicated office with years of experience looking to grow and expand with the right person to complete our team. Must be willing to obtain Customer Service Insurance License (4-40) within first 60-90 days.

Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries and service client files.
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Document and update client records based on interactions.
• Handle Marketing Tasks

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport and engage with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
