We are seeking skilled Seasonal and Full Time Cooks to join our small team in a casual dining environment specializing in General American cuisine. This role requires dedication to high standards in food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and effective inventory and waste management. Cooks will follow set menus, contribute suggestions for minor changes, and have opportunities to develop new dishes, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items following established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Execute menu items accurately and consistently
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor quality control to uphold food standards
• Manage waste responsibly to support sustainability
