We're looking for a motivated and organized Warehouse Backhaul Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll help keep our transportation and warehouse operations running smoothly by coordinating backhaul schedules, tracking shipments, and communicating with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate backhaul pickups, deliveries, and scheduling
• Track loads and provide status updates throughout the day
• Schedule vendor and backhaul pickup appointments
• Communicate dispatch information and transportation updates
• Complete and maintain transportation paperwork and records
• Report delivery issues and system discrepancies
• Work closely with warehouse and transportation teams to resolve challenges
• Support daily logistics operations and other assigned duties

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous warehouse, transportation, logistics, or receiving experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Basic computer and math skills
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in cold-storage environments (cold-weather gear provided)
• Availability to work overtime as needed
