Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute daily production runs, including preparation, scheduling, and workflow coordination
• Supervise and support production staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
• Train and mentor team members
• Maintain high standards of product quality and consistency through regular quality checks
• Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are strictly followed
• Oversee inventory usage, ingredient preparation, and minimize production waste
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Troubleshoot production issues and adjust processes as needed to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with management on production planning and continuous improvement
• Assist in scaling production as demand grows
Job Requirements / Qualifications
• Full-time
• High school diploma or GED required (culinary or food production experience preferred)
• Previous experience in food production, bakery, or commercial kitchen environment
• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to manage and guide a team
• Strong work ethic—motivated, responsible, and proactive
• Ability to work with precision, efficiency, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 60 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
• Team-oriented with the ability to also work independently
• Ability to follow and enforce processes and procedures
• Basic math and organizational skills
• Punctual, reliable, and professional
• Experience with pallet jacks and general warehouse movement is a plus
