Location: McCook, IL (60525)
Pay: $21.50/hour (all shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintaining reports/spreadsheets
• Organizing, recording, and filing information
• Handling rating & billing tasks
• General administrative and support duties

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Solid communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Familiarity with office equipment (copiers, scanners, etc.)

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of clerical experience
• Logistics industry experience = plus (not required)

Physical Requirements

• Sitting or standing for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands (typing, equipment)
• Requires close vision and focus adjustment
• Regular talking and hearing

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Mon–Thurs)
• 3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Mon–Thurs)
• Weekend Days: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Fri–Sun)
• Weekend Nights: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Fri–Sun)
