Janitorial Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and meticulous Part-Time Janitor for a dedicated Saturday account. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our client's facility.

Schedule:

• One Day Per Week: Saturday (Flexible hours - can be completed any time on Saturday)
• We are actively looking to acquire more accounts in the local area, which may lead to additional shift opportunities for qualified and reliable team members.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks to ensure the building is maintained in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition.
• Execute heavy cleaning duties, including but not limited to, scrubbing floors, vacuuming, and shampooing carpets.
• Safely operate and maintain various cleaning equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Organize and maintain custodial storage areas, ensuring supplies are stocked and accessible.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during shifts.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (1+ years preferred) in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or a related maintenance role.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage time, supplies, and equipment efficiently.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility, especially for independent work.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
