Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced PACU RN for a 13-week travel contract requiring an active MA RN license and on-call availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Details
- Hospital-based PACU position within a Surgical Services unit
- Schedule consists of five 8-hour day shifts with variable start times
- On-call responsibilities include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Epic EMR used for charting
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS — all must be AHA-accredited
- Active flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions accepted
- 2 professional references required for consideration
- A car is required for this position
Additional Information
- Shared facility housing is provided — no guests or pets permitted
- No RTO (time off requests) will be considered for this assignment
- Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are eligible but will receive a reduced pay rate
- UKG/Kronos is used for timekeeping
- Parking is not validated at Boston-area locations; public transportation or paid public parking lots are available
