Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: This is for my grandmother who has been failing recently. She is having memory issues alike to dementia or Alzheimers and we need someone who can be with her during the day to help prevent falling. About the care needs: Someone that can be patient with her as she is not totally aware of whats going on with herself due to her failing mind. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
