Commercial Construction Estimator

Responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, analyzing bids, managing project budgets, and collaborating closely with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment. The role also involves evaluating specifications, ensuring adherence to project requirements, and communicating progress with stakeholders to maintain transparency and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction Estimating and performing detailed Quantity Take-offs

• Strong skills in Budgeting and Cost Management to ensure financial accuracy and project feasibility

• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration across teams, clients, and contractors

• Proficiency with estimating software and tools

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail

• Previous experience in commercial construction and site development projects preferred
