Our client in Bartonville, TX is looking for Sales Development Representatives who work exclusively on lead generation and qualifications. Your job is simple: talk to people, build rapport quickly, and connect interested prospects with our agents. You’ll be the engine that fuels the agency’s growth!
Requirements:
- Recent experience making high-volume outbound calls
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Keeping an open mind and willingness to be trained
- Strong believe in the fortune of follow up through calls, texts and emails
- Organized, focused and consistent on a daily basis
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with some flexibility
Benefits:
- Paid time off
Salary/Pay Rate: $12-15/hr.
