Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate repair options and recommendations to customers
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• Follow company safety standards and industry best practices
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Work collaboratively with dispatch, management, and fellow technicians

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience servicing heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, and split systems
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Residential service experience - install experience a plus
• NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
• Experience with indoor air quality products and accessories
• Ability to present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Strong understanding of HVAC electrical and refrigeration systems
