Corporate Finance Associate Attorney - Now Hiring

A well established and growing law firm is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate with approximately 2–3 years of experience to join its growing financial services practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in commercial finance transactions and a strong foundation in drafting, negotiating, and managing lending matters from documentation through closing.

This opportunity offers hands-on transactional experience, meaningful client exposure, and strong long-term growth potential within a collaborative legal team.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial finance documents
• Assist with structuring and closing lending transactions
• Support lender-side and borrower-side finance matters
• Conduct due diligence and transactional analysis
• Coordinate deal processes and closing logistics
• Work closely with clients and senior attorneys on sophisticated finance transactions

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial finance or lending experience
• Experience with loan documentation and transactional drafting
• Background in asset-based, cash flow, and/or real estate finance preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and drafting skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed or eligible for bar admission in Tennessee
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced transactional environment
