Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity working with a dynamic K-12 student population as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive school setting near Alpharetta, GA. Positions are available for both onsite and telepractice professionals for the 2026-2027 academic year, with multiple openings across elementary, middle, and high schools. Collaborate with teams that include additional SLPs and SLPAs to deliver quality speech and language services tailored to students’ needs.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Georgia Department of Education Certification
- Current Georgia SLP License
- Experience supporting students in a school setting is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort working with diverse ages and communication needs
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students across K-12 levels
- Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to student progress discussions
- Adapt interventions for onsite or telehealth delivery as needed
