Make a daily impact supporting young learners in a school setting, working with students in grades K-5 on life skills-based curriculum. Key Qualifications:

• Current II or III Paraprofessional certificate required
• Experience as a paraprofessional or interest in working in a school environment
• Enthusiasm for supporting students with individualized needs, especially focusing on life skill development
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of life-skills-based instruction alongside teaching staff
• Support students in both group and one-on-one settings, adapting approaches to best fit learners' needs
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to reinforce lesson plans and meet student goals
• Help maintain classroom organization, monitor student progress, and encourage a positive learning atmosphere
• Participate in professional development and contribute ideas to enhance the learning experience

This is a full-time contract opportunity, running August 2026 through June 2027, with a schedule of 32 hours per week.
