Electromechanical Assembler

Summary

We are seeking motivated Production Assemblers to join our team in Milpitas, CA. This hands-on role involves assembling electro-mechanical components, following wiring diagrams and work orders, and ensuring quality and accuracy of all products. Candidates must be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working at heights, lifting materials, and using hand tools. Overtime and Saturday work is required.

Job Title: Production Assembler
Location: Milpitas, CA
Interview Date: In-person interviews Monday - Friday

• Day Shift 10am
• Swing Shift 4pm

Shifts & Pay

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM — $24.00/hr (OT to start at 4am)
• Swing Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM — $26.40/hr (OT after shift)
• Overtime and Saturdays required

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components using torque screwdrivers & hand tools
• Follow wiring diagrams and work orders accurately
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work safely on a 6 ft. step ladder
• Operate pallet jacks and assist with material handling
• Inspect assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Perform minor repairs or adjustments
• Help train new operators and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Requirements

• Comfortable with overtime and Saturdays
• Experience with torque screwdrivers & hand tools
• Not afraid of working on a 6-foot step ladder
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Electro-mechanical assembly experience a plus
