Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account administrator to support the Account Executives in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role is well suited for someone who can balance data accuracy, administrative efficiency, and cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple priorities, solving routine sales and supply chain issues, and helping teams stay organized and informed.
Responsibilities:
• Produce and maintain sales and inventory reports, ensuring information is current, accurate, and useful for business decisions.
• Support product setup activities and monitor purchase order progress to help keep supply chain operations moving efficiently.
• Coordinate promotional materials and point-of-sale support while following up on related operational needs.
• Investigate and help resolve invoice discrepancies by working with internal partners and external contacts as needed.
• Process return authorization requests for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items in a timely manner.
• Partner with colleagues across departments to strengthen communication and support shared business objectives.
• Provide administrative support through document preparation, meeting participation, presentation development, and mailing coordination.
• Assist with planning and executing meetings, events, and team activities to ensure smooth organization.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, with prior administrative or supply chain support experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets, databases, document management systems, and other digital business tools.
• Capacity to learn new online platforms quickly; familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft Teams is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while providing clear updates on progress.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Adaptability, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to working in a changing, high-demand environment.
College degree preferred
