Robert Half is partnering with our client, a Fortune 500 leader in the technology and consumer products industry, to hire a Production Artist for a high-visibility creative team supporting customer-facing marketing initiatives and brand experiences.
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: $33–38/hour (W2)
Position Overview:
The Production Artist will partner with marketing, product, creative, and cross-functional teams to develop and produce high-quality creative assets across digital and physical marketing channels. Projects include digital advertising, web assets, social media content, event materials, promotional merchandise, presentations, and marketing collateral. This role requires a detail-oriented designer who can balance strong production expertise, creative execution, and project management while ensuring brand consistency and a best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create customer-centric designs by translating marketing objectives, audience insights, creative assets, and brand standards into effective visual solutions.
- Produce graphics, templates, layouts, production-ready files, vendor proofs, and visual standards for digital and print applications.
- Develop and execute campaign assets across web, social, events, presentations, and other marketing channels.
- Contribute to design systems, rich media specifications, and cross-platform design standards.
- Present work to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and maintain high creative and production quality.
- Manage design documentation, production specifications, and asset libraries.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI-powered solutions.
- Ensure assets meet quality, accessibility, technical, and brand requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, track progress, meet deadlines, and report on project metrics as needed.
- Partner with marketing leadership to deliver scalable, on-brand customer experiences.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of graphic design, production design, or production artist experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual design, composition, typography, and production execution (portfolio link required on resume)
- Expert knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, layout, and digital asset production.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and customer-focused design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing for digital platforms and cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with both creative and technical teams.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated business acumen, customer-centricity, and understanding of cross-platform design standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agency experience producing creative assets in a client-service environment.
- Photography, photo editing, and retouching experience.
- Vector illustration skills.
- Motion graphics, animation, and video editing experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and video editing software.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with web architecture, usability, UX, and UI design principles.
- Passion for innovation and emerging creative technologies, including AI-powered design tools.
