Qualified Staffing is seeking a customer service representative for our client in Sandersville, Georgia
Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Assignment Length: 9 Months
This position requires working at multiple locations. Applicants must be able to commute to Washington, Baldwin, and Hancock Counties throughout the work week.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist program participants in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Verify and update participant information
- Explain program benefits, services, and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support case management and eligibility processes
- Assist with outreach activities and participant communications
- Monitor assigned reports and caseload activities
- Help ensure smooth daily clinic operations
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must have previous experience working in Medical office
- Must have experience with Word, Outlook, Excel
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
