Job Summary
We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager for a direct hire opportunity in the North Area of Puerto Rico with a dynamic manufacturing organization focused on operational excellence, safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. The Facility Maintenance Manager will play a key role in supporting production uptime, developing maintenance talent, and aligning reliability initiatives with plant performance goals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven manufacturing maintenance professional who enjoys building strong teams, partnering cross-functionally, and creating a culture of accountability, safety, and long-term equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team while promoting safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the transition from reactive maintenance to preventive and predictive maintenance practices across equipment, utilities, and facility systems.
- Develop and execute maintenance and reliability strategies that support production goals, reduce downtime, and improve asset performance.
- Implement, optimize, and maintain CMMS processes, preventive maintenance programs, and asset management systems.
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and downtime reduction initiatives.
- Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and cross-functional support with Production, Quality, and Safety teams.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $80,000 to $85,000 per year.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
