Company Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse and administrative operations. This role is responsible for processing inbound and outbound materials, preparing documentation, and ensuring accurate inventory and order allocation in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate materials against sales orders and verify accuracy
- Create paperwork for warehouse pick lists and outbound shipments
- Prepare billing documents and shipping packets
- Receive incoming materials into the ERP system with accuracy
- Check in all inbound drivers and verify delivery documentation
- Assist with inventory control and material organization
- Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
Qualifications
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a highpace environment
- Comfortable using ERP systems or warehouse software (training provided if needed)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with drivers, warehouse staff, and office personnel
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
COMPENSATION-$16-$18 DOE
