Key Qualifications:

• Current national certification as a Surgical Tech (CST) or equivalent
• Previous experience in the operating room as a Certified Surgical Tech or ORT

• Ability to anticipate surgeon’s needs and prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Valid BLS certification, up to date immunizations, and the ability to meet facility credentialing requirements
