Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial and accounting operations

• Provide detailed financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions

• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, audits, and regulations

• Improve financial systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiencies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Controller, Finance Director, or senior financial leadership role

• Strong background in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

• Experience overseeing accounting systems and financial operations

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

• CPA certification preferred
