Job Purpose
Provide critical support for the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting functions. This role partners closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making, support strategic initiatives, and measure business performance against key objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support core financial processes including month-end close, quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and management reporting
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, ensuring accuracy while identifying key variances, risks, and trends
  • Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning efforts
  • Analyze financial and operational data to generate actionable insights and present findings to leadership
  • Participate in period-end close activities and collaborate with finance team members to enhance reporting processes and efficiencies
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards
  • Assist in preparing materials and presentations for senior leadership and board-level reporting
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Support additional finance and operational initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience; familiarity with financial systems and data tools (e.g., ERP systems, reporting tools, or databases)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, project management, and decision-making capabilities
